  2. How can I be sure that your program is as good as advertised?
  3. Do you really guarantee that I will become an MCSE if I attend your boot camp?
  4. I want to get my credentials but I don't want to be a paper MCSE. Is your program only going to teach me what I need to know for the test?
  5. How about those darned tests, will I actually take them during the course and how will I know when I am ready to take them?
  6. How intense is this course and how long are the days?
  7. Where is the course held?
  8. How about meals -- is the food decent?
  1. Why should I choose your program over other "boot camp" offerings?
Because your chances for actually walking away with your MCSE after two weeks of training are much higher with our program then with any other program. Our training is so effective that we have been able to achieve the highest pass ratios in the industry; we have certified 2,725 of 2,833 boot campers, a 96% success rate. We are so sure of our claim that we challenge any of ourcompetitors to prove us wrong by publishing their monthly pass ratios.
  2. How can I be sure that your program is as good as advertised?
Simple, talk to our alumni - all of our alumni, not just the ones who have successfully graduated as MCSEs (the vast majority) but also those who are still finishing up their program. We are not afraid to have you contact any of our alumni! Can the competition say the same? If you are shopping around, this is one question you definitely want to ask. We will be happy to provide you a comprehensive list of our alumni.
  3. Do you really guarantee that I will become an MCSE if I attend your boot camp?
We are so confident that you will get certified during our boot camp that we are willing to make the following guarantee: At the end of the boot camp, if you do not pass all of your exams we will send you home with vouchers so you won’t have to pay a dime once you complete the camp. Microsoft has created a large pool of questions for the Server 2003 exams so you can’t rely on Braindumps or self-studying to pass all of your exams. It is important to have quality instruction, hands on lab time, and a supportive training facility away from your normal environment to learn the new material and have a better understanding of the product.

This is our “peace of mind” guarantee and no other boot camp is willing to make it. After all, we understand that you don’t want to waste your hard earned money and valuable time on a training program that doesn’t work. That’s why we offer this guarantee – because we believe in our product and know that you won’t find a better program on the market today.

  4. I want to get my credentials but I don't want to be a paper MCSE. Is your program only going to teach me what I need to know for the test?
We recognize the problem that "paper MCSEs" are causing in the industry and our primary objective is to produce "knowledgeable MCSEs". We start out by pre-qualifying our prospective students to make sure that they meet our prerequisites. We are honest enough to tell a prospective student what their chances for success are in a "boot camp" environment. If they do not meet the pre-requisites then we point them towards some of the traditional training methods such as instructor led classroom training at a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center (CTEC).

If you talk to our alumni you will find out that everyone who has attended our course has gone away with a very in-depth understanding of the internal workings of NT and can apply this knowledge to real-world problems. We have even had self-proclaimed NT gurus attend our course who have piped up more then once during class "Wow, I did not know that."

Of course all this is possible because we employ the absolute best instructors in the industry. In fact, our instructors are our most precious resource. The reason our program has such high pass-ratios is due primarily to the dedication and excellence of our instructors.

  5. How about those darned tests, will I actually take them during the course and how will I know when I am ready to take them?
Mountain View Systems is a VUE (Virtual University Enterprises) testing provider. We will administer the tests directly to you duringthe course. Tests are administered in a staggered format throughout the course. For example, we will cover subject matter for Windows 2003 for a couple of days followed by the Windows 2003 exam, then tackle Windows 2003 Server for a couple of days followed by the Windows 2003 Server exam, and so on.

As dictated by our non-disclosure agreement with Microsoft and VUE, we will not discuss the content of the real test questions during our group study sessions. We do use a variety of in house study aids to help determine your readiness.

The most important factor in successfully passing a Microsoft test is for you to "know" how to use Microsoft products. Memorizing test questions may help you with some tests, but not for long as Microsoft is moving towards adaptive and simulation based tests which require that you know how to use Windows NT in a "real-world" environment. Fortunately, our course is structured to impart knowledge and not to memorize test questions.

You may also want to read the new Microsoft test policy which is structured to maintain the integrity of the Microsoft exam and MCP program.

  6. How intense is this course and how long are the days?
The MCSE boot camp runs for 14 to 20 straight days. Depending on how the class as a whole is progressing, there may be time for a one day break, but this is not guaranteed. We work on the teamconcept with the goal of everyone getting certified. You will make lasting friendships in the short two weeks and experience a high level of camaraderie both with your fellow students and with the instructor.

Typically, the days are 8:30am to 5:30pm lectures and demos. There are group study sessions the night before an exam and these typically run about three hours. The classroom is available 24 hours a day.

  7. Where is the course held?
The MCSE Boot Camp will be held in a conference style training room at the same hotel where you will be staying. We are offering the camp at the Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, Colorado. All of our training rooms feature good climate control, ergonomic furnishings, high-end computer equipment (AMD 64Bit 2 Dual Core class machines with 4 GB of Ram, and two 250GB Hard Drives, DVD+RW player, and a 17 inch monitor - one per student), and an excellent visual projection system. We can also train at your site for 8 or more students - call for details and pricing.

  8. How about meals -- is the food decent?
We understand that one of the keys to your success at our boot camp is stress management, and you should have excellent food choices to get you through those long days.

In Fort Collins, we have contracted with the hotel to provide an excellent food service. No box lunches here. We also occasionally go out to eat at local restaurants where you can order whatever you like off the menu. In addition we always keep a refrigerator in the training room stocked with beverages of your choice.
